I announced the upcoming RunFatBoy workout system earlier this morning, and I’ve already received several hundred page views and requests to be notified when the site goes live.
The site will sport an easy to use, intuitive interface. You start off by answering a few easy to understand questions that rate your general physical fitness (e.g. Carrying a bag of groceries up a flight of stairs is A) easy, B) hard, C) really hard). From this initial assessment, you’re presented a basic workout outlining a step-by-step workout itinerary for each day. If a particular exercise is difficult, you can easy lower the weights by pressing the "Too Hard" button.
As the weeks progress, the various exercises will increase their weights. No intervention is needed. You’ll be sent an email at the beginning of each week so that you can printout your itinerary.
We understand that it’s difficult to get started getting in shape. You don’t need to have a rock-hard fitness training barking commands at you. You shouldn’t need a medical dictionary to decipher the program.
Hopefully the system will give you what you need; a simple starting point to getting in shape. I can’t wait for the launch!
